Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.
• Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on location and any unforeseen circumstances with carriers.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that RoyalKind is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges once the package reaches the destination country. Charges will be applied at check out. 

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, please reach out to us at support@royalkind.org. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
